Booking Conditions
- Day Trip travel date can be changed free of charge 1 time , After that, there will be an additional charge fee of 300 baht per person per time. Customers are required to pay the difference, they must change at least 14 days prior to departure, subject to availability.
- Changing travel date must be done at least 14 days prior to the departure date to prevent full seats and in case of full seats customers have to set a new travel date within the time period specified by the company.
- In case of an airline delay or cancellation of the scheduled flight, the customer is unable to complete the program at the specified time. The company has permission to cancel the trip and not refund in all cases. Except customers want to postpone the travel date, the company charges an administrative fee of 1,000 baht / person / trip and if the trip fee on the changed date is higher, the customer is required to pay the difference depending on the availability of seats on the day of travel or customer can keep the rights Day trips up to 15 May 68 (travel dates according to the tourist season of each route).
- Trip program might be adjusted depending on weather conditions without prior notice. In case of severe weather, ThaiTripz will refund 100% (Excluding accommodation and other expenses) or customers can choose to travel later until the end of the current season. Other than the reasons above, the company reserves the right not to refund in any case.
- The company reserves the right to refund the cost of day trips and day trips with accommodation. In the event that the company is closed or suspended from taking trips due to the epidemic of the new wave of COVID 19, but customers can postpone the date to 31/5/2024 (the period of postponement of the stay depends on each hotel).
- For safety reasons, ThaiTripz will not allow the following travelers to go on the trip; disease related to heart attack, pregnant women, orthopedic patients, bone surgery patients, infant under one year old and senior over 60 years and old pet. In case the travelers insist on traveling, an appropriate release document must be signed off.
- ThaiTripz reserves the rights to change destination or refund the trip in case there are less than 25 customers on each trip. However, the reservation officer will contact customers in advance.
- Full tax receipt document can be requested within 7 days after the itinerary has been fully paid. Customers can request to thaitripz.info@gmail.com with the heading of "Tax receipt request for booking XXXXXX" together with additional information; first name, last name, contact number, citizen ID, home address according to citizen ID and Mailing Address.
- In case there is a price mistake occurred or changed in various conditions. We reserve the right to stop or cancel all products without prior notice.
- The trip or package cannot be refunded in any case, except the boat cannot leave in all cases.
